Welcome 2021. If there is anything that 2020 has taught us, it is our living spaces.We have been confined to our homes, albeit no one was prepared. For once we became familiar with our environment and living spaces.The sofa which is almost the biggest Furniture in the home took center stage. You looked at the color,the form,the style ,the aged fabric and it all became a blur! There was this sudden urge to treat your home ,excite your family and basically have something fresh to look at.

Then the big question, which sofa,color, design should I buy?

In a nutshell look for a sofa that reflects your taste and meets your needs.

Factors to consider when buying a sofa.

Size of the family
Occupants,are they young children, teenagers,young adults adults or a mix?
Go neutral, beige,grey are colors that don’t date and very easy to edit the house. However bold colors are making a comeback,be wild 😜.
Staying on trend. Mid century modern sofas with lean, linear or curvy lines. Slim profile sofas are space saving making the home more liveable and also working from home.
Finally splash the sofa with your personality in-terms of colors. Use bold colors for cushions,shams and ottomans to brighten the space.

There is no need to sacrifice form over function or vice versa it is better to have both.
